In August, our company Japan Link successfully completed the export of Acacia firewood (dried split logs) to Japan for sale at a major      home improvement retailer. We were able to meet the requested delivery schedule and quality standards, ensuring smooth shipment. Below is an overview of the process from production to export.

1. Order Receipt and Production Planning
Immediately after receiving the order, our production planning team confirmed manufacturing capacity, secured raw material procurement, and allocated personnel to establish a system for on-time delivery.

2. Raw Material Procurement and Pre-Processing
We carefully selected and procured raw acacia wood that met the required standards, then cut and processed it into appropriate sizes. After that, the logs were shaped to be optimal for the drying process.

3. Drying, Inspection, and Packaging
By applying advanced drying technology to reduce the moisture content, we achieved better ignition performance and less smoke generation.

After drying, the products undergo strict quality inspection and are packaged in accordance with the standards.

4. Container Loading
The products are neatly loaded into containers with safety and efficiency in mind, minimizing the risk of damage during transportation.

5. Shipment
Finally, the products were handed over to the forwarding company and transported to the port. To meet our customers’ expectations, we ensure strict adherence to delivery schedules and reliable distribution.

With thorough preparation and a consistent production system, Vietnamese acacia firewood always prioritizes high quality, stable supply, and sustainability. We will continue to further strengthen our trust and brand value in the international market.
